- Discuss the ethical, legal, or cultural considerations needed for effective treatment planning and theoretical intervention, drawing from the Clinical Interviewing text and at least 1–2 peer-reviewed articles.
- Summarize and document the tasks completed in the body and closing of a session.
- Document a SOAP note drawing from the intake information provided and your completed Week 3 assignment.
- Provide a self-reflection regarding the required interview tasks, goals, and application of theory.
- Evaluate how you approached the task of selecting goals.
- Explain the process for selecting and effective theory.
- Reflect on how you made connections between client responses and theory.
